Welcome to Study With Ray (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, courses, or services, you (“you” or “the user”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Payments and Refunds

  • Payment is required to access paid courses.
  • Payments are processed through trusted third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
  • All sales are final. There are no refunds for any portion of your purchase.
  • You agree not to dispute charges without first contacting us to resolve the issue.

4. Course Access and Use

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
  • The material will not be manipulated, created into a physical version, etc. without the written consent of Rayshawn Ledet, the creator.

6. No Guarantee of Exam Results

Our courses are designed to help you prepare for the ASWB exam, but we do not guarantee that completing our program will result in passing the exam.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability
